The Immanuel Gawler community is stepping out on Sunday 20 October to complete the ‘Walk My Way Challenge’ and raise money to support a Farming Group in Burundi AND to set up a new School Kitchen Garden for students at Kakuma Refugee Camp, Kenya.

Our goal is to help farming families grow enough food to feed their families and to help students at Kakuma learn valuable farming skills that they can use when they graduate. These are gifts that keep on growing!

On Sunday 20th of October we will be challenging ourselves to walk, ride, scoot or skate 13 km along 'The Barossa Trail' from Lyndoch to Immanuel, with the option of 3km or 7km walks. Starting at the Village Green in Lyndoch in the picturesque Barossa Valley, we will pass the latest AFL oval, rolling vineyards, flowering roses at Lyndoch Hill, horse paddocks, farmland with golden canola and into Gawler (Immanuel). Wearing our team colours and with loads of Immanuel spirit, our goal is to raise $6000 through sponsorship and donations.
